Lavoro has provided us with the following information regarding the hardness of their profiled cane:

"soft" cane measures 16-18 on the hardness tester
"medium" cane measures 13-15 on the hardness tester
"hard" cane measures 10-12 on the hardness tester

The hardness is measured with a Reeds'n Stuff analog hardness tester.
While measuring the hardness, the cane is measured at both ends of the cane.
There may be slight differences between the hardness measured at the production site and the hardness measured in the customer's country due to differences in humidity.
