1985 Gilberto Zappatini’s own unsatisfactory experience with harnesses made him invent the ingenious Zappatini harness. Since then, several
thousand Zappatini harnesses have been sold.
The synthesis model is a synthesis of harness and the traditional neck strap. Players can enjoy maximum freedom of
movement together with perfect ergonomics.
Synthesis caters to the needs
of women players: with this model there is
no undue pressure on the breast. Particularly in the case of children and adolescents, whose bodies are still growing, great attention must be paid to posture and an optimum dispersion of the weight of the instrument. With the special kid
size, even children can play their instrument intensively without acquiring a health-damaging posture.
