A tied oboe reed blank ready for you to scrape by hand, or to use with any of our oboe profiling machine templates. Crafted with select French cane on a brass 47 mm staple with synthetic cork. The cane is gouged with US standard proportions (approximately 0.60 mm in the center, 0.45 mm on the sides) and total length is about 72 mm.
Great for teachers who make reeds for their students, or for anyone who wants to save time on reedmaking!
