An ingenious round blade gouges the cane to nearly finished quality then just about five strokes with your gouging machine and you are ready to roll.
This pregouging machine will prolong the life of your gouging machine by reducing wear on your blades.
When aging cane we recommend doing so after pre gouging in order to reduce the risk of wood worms.
