The profiling machine is suitable for gouged & shaped cane as well only gouged cane,
and can be converted for contra bassoon cane.

    • The two-part ramp not only allows for continuous adjustment of the incline of the profile,
      but also enables the profiling of a tip.

      The length of the tip as well as its profile angle
      are also variable.

    • The length stop integrated into the barrel makes it even easier to position the cane.

      The position of the length stop is variable, accommodating for different cane lengths.

    • The position of the scoring blades is continuously adjustable, so that you can choose
      the length of your blade.

    • The scoring blades automatically disappear behind this blade protection when folded, contributing to injury-free working.

    • The newly designed base plate allows for an easy transformation of the profiling machine from bassoon
      to contrabassoon.
