The Standard

Our medium-sized reed making set contains all the tools you will need to get started building your own reeds by hand. Benefit from our high-quality product selection so that you can begin your journey to self-employment, too.

Form the blanks with our Anti-Crack and Forming Mandrels, fit the tube to your bocal with the Spiral and Diamond Reamers, and adjust your reeds with the file and knife. Use the holding mandrel and the pliers to keep your hands safe and ensure maximum control.

Note: Only the Reed Making Set STARTER contains a knife. We have included our ceramic folding knife as it is lightweight, low-cost, and does not require sharpening. The upgraded sets do not contain a knife as there are many options from which to choose. We have provided a list of the available knives with the upgraded sets, to help you easily add one to your set of choice.
