The Shaper Form ANGEL offers great stability on the middle C and G and in the second octave, with a round and enveloping sound in all registers.
Ángel Luis Sánchez uses cane with a diameter of 10,5-10,75 mm and prefers to tie his reeds on Chiarugi 2 (46mm) brass staples. He ties up his reeds with a length of 74 mm. The finished reed has a length of 71 mm.
This shape works extremely well on his Marigaux M2 Model, but tests on the 901 oboe have also produced excellent results.
